Having an extensive expertise in international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration, Danilo Ruggero Di Bella is available to be appointed as arbitrator in international arbitrations to serve as a sole arbitrator or on a panel of three or five arbitrators.

Danilo can boast an unparalleled international experience, having shaped his academic education through four different countries: Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden and Spain.

Danilo graduated in Law from Florence University and specialises in international arbitrations, having obtained an LLM in Investment Treaty Arbitration from Uppsala University and participated in multiple conferences, seminars, and training-courses on this particular branch of the law. While an undergraduate student, Danilo attended in the frame of an exchange program the Radboud University Nijmegen, where he focused his curriculum on international law. Lastly, he completed a Master in Lawyering at Alicante University in his tireless effort towards broadening and perfectionating his legal knowledge.

He is qualified to practice law in the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Spain. His main area of expertise is advising respondent States as well as industries in the energy and oil & gas sector.
